Justine has always had a passion for animals. She grew up with German Shepherds and then got her own Cavalier at the age of 12. She and her spaniel completed obedience classes, competed in agility, and were always in the yard playing disc. Those early days sparked a lifelong love for working with dogs.
Justine attended Baylor University in Waco, TX. She holds a Psychology degree, focusing on learning and behavior. Throughout college, she spent every bit of her extra time at the local Humane Society, working with dogs of every breed, temperament, and history imaginable. She fostered many dogs to provide them training and skills, preparing them for future families. Her passion for rescue dogs remains, and every dog she has owned as an adult has been from a shelter, rescue, or rehome situation.
Following college, she worked for Quail Creek Kennel. Justine provided lessons, board & trains, and daycamp adventures to client dogs. She spent time honing her craft under the mentorship of their well-established and highly successful training program.
Family brought her back to WI a few years ago. She is excited to offer her passion and experience to dogs in Pleasant Prairie and its surrounding areas.
